At Blue Ocean Barns, I lead U.S. and Mexico finance and administration, combining close and consolidated reporting with cash planning, procurement, capital controls, and the development of inventory and production-cost accounting.
My work connects purchasing commitments, material movement, labor, production assumptions, and capital needs to accounting and cash decisions. I partner directly with operating leaders and coordinate with external accounting, tax, and legal advisers.
Earlier roles added warehouse and logistics finance at Casas International, multi-entity and multi-industry client work at Signature Analytics, and enterprise controls, systems conversion, budgeting, and team leadership at Marriott.
I bring hands-on financial ownership and the ability to turn operating complexity into clearer reporting, controls, and decisions.
